This role focuses on billing and collections, cash apps ensuring accurate invoicing, strong cash flow, and excellent client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Generate and issue accurate customer invoices</li></ul>
<ul><li>Monitor accounts and follow up on outstanding balances</li></ul>
<ul><li>Manage AR aging and reconcile payments</li></ul>
<ul><li>Handle collections professionally and negotiate payment plans</li></ul>
<ul><li>Resolve billing discrepancies quickly</li></ul>
<ul><li>Maintain strong customer relationships</li></ul>
<ul><li>Prepare reports and assist with month-end close</li></ul>

What We&rsquo;re Looking For:
<ul><li>3+ years of Accounts Receivable &amp; billing experience</li></ul>
<ul><li>Experience in food distribution or logistics (preferred)</li></ul>
<ul><li>Proficiency in accounting systems (QuickBooks, SAP, Nav, or similar)</li></ul>
<ul><li>Strong Excel and MS Office skills</li></ul>
<ul><li>Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills</li></ul>

Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)

<div>York Employment is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper for our client in Rancho Cucamonga.

Position Overview:

This role involves a high volume of paperwork and data entry (both alpha and numeric) in a fast-paced environment. Accuracy and attention to detail are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Review Receiving Department shipment logs daily to prepare vendor invoices for Accounts Payable entry in QuickBooks</li>
<li>Communicate with vendors to resolve shipping shortages, damages, and obtain credit memos</li>
<li>Respond to emails from vendors and customers, providing excellent customer service</li>
<li>Process shipping documentation to generate customer invoices (Accounts Receivable) and enter into QuickBooks</li>
<li>Input cash receipts into QuickBooks</li>
<li>Order office supplies as needed</li>
<li>Assist management with Accounts Receivable collections</li>
<li>Support the accountant with special projects</li>
</ul>
Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word), including creating simple spreadsheets and basic formulas</li>
<li>Experience with QuickBooks (QuickBooks Desktop preferred), specifically A/P and A/R functions</li>
<li>Strong 10-key skills by touch on a desktop calculator</li>
<li>Accurate and efficient typing skills</li>
<li>High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment</li>
</ul>
