We&rsquo;re looking for a dependable Warehouse Janitor to maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment within our aerospace facility. This role plays a key part in keeping production areas, offices, and common spaces spotless and compliant with industry cleanliness standards.
<h4 class="jobSectionHeader">
Key Responsibilities:</h4>
<ul>
<li>Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, and office spaces.</li>
<li>
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain all warehouse floors and production areas.</li>
<li>
Remove trash, recyclables, and scrap materials from designated areas.</li>
<li>
Operate basic cleaning equipment (floor scrubbers, buffers, etc.).</li>
<li>
Refill cleaning and restroom supplies as needed.</li>
<li>
Assist in organizing and maintaining cleanliness around storage areas and loading docks.</li>
<li>
Support general warehouse organization and help maintain safety standards.</li>
<li>
Follow all safety procedures and report any maintenance or safety issues immediately.</li>
</ul>
<h4 class="jobSectionHeader">Requirements:</h4>
<ul>
<li>Previous janitorial or custodial experience (industrial or warehouse environment preferred).</li>
<li>
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand or walk for long periods.</li>
<li>
Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.</li>
<li>
Attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean workspace.</li>
<li>
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to pitch in where needed.</li>
