AR Specialist

York Employment has an immediate opening for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist and Billing in the city of Cerritos!

This role focuses on billing and collections, cash apps ensuring accurate invoicing, strong cash flow, and excellent client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and issue accurate customer invoices

• Monitor accounts and follow up on outstanding balances

• Manage AR aging and reconcile payments

• Handle collections professionally and negotiate payment plans

• Resolve billing discrepancies quickly

• Maintain strong customer relationships

• Prepare reports and assist with month-end close

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of Accounts Receivable & billing experience

• Experience in food distribution or logistics (preferred)

• Proficiency in accounting systems (QuickBooks, SAP, Nav, or similar)

• Strong Excel and MS Office skills

• Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills

Education: Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
