Product Manager (MVP Delivery)Position SummaryWe are hiring a Product Manager to lead the delivery of a new digital platform. This role converts founder-led direction into validated requirements, measurable execution plans, and weekly delivery outputs. The position is documentation-intensive and requires high accountability under changes, time pressure, and frequent iteration.Key Responsibilities&middot; Plan and execute discovery and validation activities such as; customer discovery, competitor benchmarking, and pricing feasibility testing.&middot; Convert findings into structured outputs with sources and confidence levels; maintain a tested-assumptions register (validated / invalidated / pending).&middot; Produce a build-ready Product Requirements Document (PRD) including user journeys, functional requirements, acceptance criteria, and edge cases.&middot; Maintain a prioritized backlog and control scope through documented tradeoffs and approvals.&middot; Run weekly delivery cadence (planning, tracking, written reporting) and coordinate with engineering to ensure requirements are implementable and testable.&middot; Maintain a risk/issue log, decision log, and action tracker with clear owners and dates.&middot; Document end-to-end pilot workflows, including exception handling and escalation paths; define minimum operational requirements (admin tooling, traceability, service standards).&middot; Prepare evidence-backed investor/partner support materials (narrative, roadmap, KPI framework, risks and mitigations) to support founder-led discussions.Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)&middot; Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (mandatory) in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, or a closely related discipline.&middot; Experience: Minimum 5 years in Product Management (or equivalent product delivery role) with demonstrable 0&rarr;1 delivery.&middot; Strong written communication and structured thinking; comfortable operating under ambiguity and pressure with disciplined weekly outputs.&middot; Practical technical literacy: APIs, integrations, authentication/authorization, data flows, and logging/traceability concepts.Preferred Qualifications&middot; Experience in marketplaces, logistics, travel tech, fintech, e-commerce, or other high-transaction digital platforms.&middot; Experience working with operational constraints and compliance-driven requirements.&middot; Familiarity with workflow/process documentation and KPI tree design.Expected Deliverables (Non-Negotiable)Within 60&ndash;90 days, the Product Manager must deliver the following in publishable form:&middot; Validation &amp; Market Pack (v1): discovery summary, competitor benchmark (sourced), pricing hypotheses and test outcomes.&middot; MVP Definition Pack (v1): MVP scope, workflows, success metrics and measurement plan.&middot; PRD + Prioritized Backlog (v1): acceptance criteria and edge cases included.&middot; Pilot Workflow Pack (v1): exception handling, escalation paths, minimum admin/traceability requirements.&middot; Weekly Execution Report: progress, risks, decisions required, and next-week plan.Application Requirements&middot; CV.&middot; Short cover notes (max 200 words) describing one 0&rarr;1 product delivered and the candidate&rsquo;s direct contribution.&middot; Work samples (redacted acceptable): PRD, backlog, roadmap, discovery summary, launch plan, KPI framework, or equivalent.Job Types: Full-time, Contract
