Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Smart Home Installation Technician to join our team. The technician will be responsible for installing, configuring, and troubleshooting smart home systems and devices, including security, lighting, climate control, entertainment, and networking solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality service to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain smart home devices such as lighting controls, thermostats, cameras, door locks, audio/video systems, and home automation hubs.
• Integrate devices with mobile apps and voice assistants (e.g., Alexa, Google Assistant, Apple HomeKit).
• Set up home networks, Wi-Fi systems, and connected devices to ensure seamless operation.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues with smart home equipment.
• Provide customers with training on system use and troubleshooting.
• Ensure all installations comply with safety standards and manufacturer specifications.
• Collaborate with sales and project managers to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Maintain accurate documentation of installations, service calls, and customer interactions.
• Stay up to date with the latest smart home technologies and trends.
