Position: Senior Customer Service 

Job Description:

Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Manage and update customer database.

Follow up with clients on construction progress, new projects, finishing offers & handover plans.

Provide creative ideas to enhance customer experience.

Handle client issues and provide solutions within company policies.

Prepare required reports.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree.

Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service within real estate, with a sales background.

Excellent communication & problem-solving skills.

Work Location: Fifth Settlement (Spot Mall).
