• Supervise and coordinate the work of workers, laborers, and machine operators.
• Plan, schedule, and oversee planting, irrigation, fertilization, and harvesting activities.
• Monitor crop growth, soil conditions, and pest/disease presence, ensuring timely interventions.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of farming equipment and machinery.
• Implement safety and environmental protection practices in agricultural operations.
• Maintain accurate records of crop yields, expenses, and workforce performance.
• Train and guide workers on farming techniques and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with agricultural engineers, veterinarians, or agronomists for specialized input.
• Ensure compliance with agricultural policies, quality standards, and sustainability practices.
• Report regularly to farm management on progress, issues, and recommendations.

التعاون مع المهندسين الزراعيين، والأطباء البيطريين، أو المهندسين الزراعيين للحصول على مدخلات متخصصة.

ضمان الامتثال للسياسات الزراعية، ومعايير الجودة، وممارسات الاستدامة.

رفع تقارير منتظمة إلى إدارة المزرعة حول التقدم، والمشاكل، والتوصيات.
