Job Vacancy – Agricultural Field Marketer (Saudi Arabia)

A leading agricultural company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is seeking to recruit outstanding Field Marketers from Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, and Syria to join its ambitious team in the field of selling agricultural seedlings and related products, with future opportunities for expansion into seeds, flowers, agricultural products, and renewable energy.



Job Title:
Agricultural Field Marketer – Seedlings & Agricultural Products



Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business Administration or Marketing).

Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in marketing or sales (preferably in the agricultural sector or related products).

Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.

Dynamic, ambitious personality with the ability to conduct fieldwork and client visits.

Strong reporting and market data analysis skills.

Team player with a commitment to achieving shared goals.


Compensation & Benefits:

Total monthly salary: 3,000 SAR (basic + allowances).

Housing provided or housing allowance (up to 500 SAR in major cities, lower in others).

Medical insurance + residency permit & visa provided by the company.

Annual flight ticket to employee’s home country (standard – 25kg luggage + 7kg cabin).

Fixed annual allowance based on performance evaluation (100 – 250 SAR).

Incentives and commissions after the probation period (monthly & quarterly review).

Exceptional bonuses for outstanding achievements.

Company laptop + SIM card + internet provided for work purposes.


️ Leave Entitlements:

21 days of paid annual leave.

3 paid days during official holidays.

Option to extend leave without pay (employee covers accommodation costs).
