Job Title: Area Sales Manager

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Industry: Building Materials (Laminates, Plyboard, Adhesives, Wood Coating, Paints, Hardware)
Experience Required: 5+ Years

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets in Riyadh and surrounding regions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, architects, contractors, and project clients.
• Expand market reach by identifying new business opportunities in laminates, plyboard, adhesives, coatings, paints, and hardware.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to strengthen market positioning.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy business relations.
• Manage a team of sales executives/distributors and provide guidance for achieving sales targets.
• Conduct regular product demonstrations, presentations, and promotional activities.
• Provide sales forecasts, MIS reports, and feedback to management for business planning.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales of building materials (Laminates, Plyboard, Adhesives, Wood Coating, Paints, or Hardware).
• Strong network with dealers, distributors, architects, contractors, and builders in Riyadh.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the region.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of handling independent sales operations.
• Valid Driving License in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
• Fluency in English (Arabic will be an added advantage).
