Join Nice One as a Salesperson in Taif to drive in-store and field sales, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to commercial growth. Primary Responsibilities – Drive sales and represent the brand

  • Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive selling, product demonstrations, and consultative conversations tailored to customer needs.

  • Greet customers, identify needs, present product features and benefits, and recommend appropriate solutions to maximize conversion and average transaction value.

  • Manage in-store merchandising and product presentation to ensure displays are attractive, well-stocked, and aligned with brand guidelines and promotional plans.

  • Conduct outbound sales and field visits as required to develop new customer relationships, follow up on leads, and support local business development initiatives in Taif.

  • Process sales transactions accurately, handle payments, issue receipts, and follow company procedures for returns and exchanges.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, pricing, promotions, and competitor activity to provide informed recommendations and identify upsell opportunities.

  • Record customer interactions, leads, and sales activity in the company CRM or sales tracking tools to ensure accurate follow-up and reporting.

  • Collaborate with store operations, inventory, and marketing teams to coordinate stock levels, promotional execution, and local events.

  • Provide excellent after-sales support and build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and positive word-of-mouth.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing customer feedback, sales insights, and ideas to enhance products, merchandising, and customer experience.

Qualifications and Skills – Customer-focused and result oriented

  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business, retail, or a related field is a plus.

  • 1+ years of retail or field sales experience preferred; fresh graduates with a strong customer service orientation are encouraged to apply.

  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs in a commercial environment.

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers and build rapport quickly.

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple customer interactions and tasks during busy periods.

  • Basic numeracy and comfort handling cash and POS systems; familiarity with CRM or sales tracking tools is advantageous.

  • Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven with a positive, professional attitude.

  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to perform local travel or field visits in Taif when required is a plus.

  • Fluency in Arabic and good command of English preferred to support a diverse customer base.
