Job description:

We are looking for an HR Specialist to join our team and monitor all Human Resources functions. HR Specialist responsibilities include a good understanding of full cycle recruiting, monitoring employees' monthly KPI Submissions & reports, setting up company policies, maintaining updated employee records and solid knowledge of Oman labour laws. Ultimately, you will foster a healthy workplace by ensuring our HR procedures run smoothly at all times.


Responsibilities:

  • Experience in HR management, HR operations, and employee relations
  • Source CVs and schedule interviews
  • Forecast hiring needs and ensure the recruitment process runs smoothly
  • Conduct background checks
  • Assist in onboarding and training management
  • Manage employee KPI
  • Sharing targets and manage records
  • Draft letters (Offer letters, warning letters, termination letters)
  • Perform other HR activities
  • Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in Oman labor laws.
  • Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization

Requirements and skills:

  • 5 years of experience in human resources or employee recruitment including Oman
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and an ethical mindset
  • Adept at problem-solving and conflict resolution
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
  • Expert in HR software (ERP and SAP)
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources or related field
  • Strong understanding of local labor laws related to HR
  • Omani national highly preferred
  • Age should not be more than 35 years
