1. Project Development

• Actively develop hotel, hospitality, residential, and commercial projects requiring hotel locking systems

• Build and maintain relationships with hotel owners, developers, operators, consultants, and contractors

• Identify and secure project opportunities from early stage to tender and award

2. Project Follow-up & Management

• Manage projects from initial engagement through contract signing and delivery

• Coordinate with HQ technical, solution, pricing, and after-sales teams

• Ensure smooth project execution, delivery, and customer satisfaction

3. Sales Target Achievement

• Achieve assigned annual and quarterly sales targets

• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts

• Drive market penetration and brand presence in the Saudi Western Region

4. Market & Relationship Management

• Maintain strong long-term relationships with key accounts

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing dynamics

• Represent the company at client meetings, site visits, and industry events
