As part of our expansion, we are actively seeking Mandarin & Cantonese Property Consultant to join our on site team in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and convert property leads to achieve individual and company sales targets
• Conduct professional property viewings and presentations for clients
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with Spanish-speaking investors and end users
• Advise clients on buying, selling, and investment opportunities, including ROI analysis
• Stay updated on Abu Dhabi real estate market trends, pricing, and new developments
• Collaborate with internal teams (listing, leasing, conveyancing, mortgage, compliance) to close deals efficiently

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Real Estate Sales (UAE experience is a strong advantage)
• Fluency in Mandarin & Cantonese Language.
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills
• Knowledge of UAE property laws and real estate processes is preferred
• UAE driving license is an advantage
