We are seeking a polished, motivated, and client‑focused Premium Property Consultant to represent high‑demand communities, guide buyers and investors, and deliver exceptional advisory services.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent premium ready and off‑plan properties across Abu Dhabi’s top communities
• Conduct professional property tours, lifestyle briefings, and investment presentations
• Build and maintain a portfolio of buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors
• Provide advisory on pricing, ROI, rental yields, capital appreciation, and payment plans
• Deliver tailored property recommendations and community insights
• Negotiate offers and close transactions with accuracy and professionalism
• Maintain CRM records and follow company sales processes
• Uphold Metropolitan Capital’s brand standards through exceptional service and market expertise

Requirements

• Experience in real estate sales, brokerage, or high‑value client‑facing roles
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
• Ability to work confidently with premium clients and investors
• Professional appearance, polished communication style, and strong business acumen
• Highly motivated, disciplined, and target‑driven
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
• Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, French, Spanish, Dutch, Turkish, etc.) are an advantage
• Knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s premium communities and major developers is preferred
