We are seeking an experienced and polished Prime Property Consultant to represent our top‑tier communities and deliver a premium advisory experience to discerning buyers and investors.

Key Responsibilities

• Specialize in Abu Dhabi’s prime communities (e.g., Saadiyat Island, Yas Island, Al Raha Beach, Al Reem Island)
• Conduct tailored property tours, lifestyle‑focused presentations, and investment consultations
• Build and manage a portfolio of high‑intent buyers, sellers, and investors
• Provide expert guidance on pricing, ROI, payment plans, community insights, and market trends
• Negotiate offers and close high‑value transactions with professionalism and accuracy
• Maintain strong relationships with developers, landlords, and premium clients
• Ensure accurate CRM documentation and adherence to company sales processes
• Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate with professionalism, market expertise, and brand alignment

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate sales, ideally within prime or high‑demand communities
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to build trust with high‑net‑worth clients and serious investors
• Professional appearance, strong business acumen, and client‑centric mindset
• Highly motivated, target‑driven, and able to work independently
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
• Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, French, etc.) are an advantage
• Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi’s prime real estate market is preferred
