资深仓网规划专员 Advanced Warehouse Network Planning Specialist

Job Responsibilities

1. S&OP Formulation & Implementation:

Assist in formulating warehouse S&OP plans based on front-end stocking plans and layout planning frameworks, drive plan execution, monitor plan achievement, and be accountable for planning accuracy.

2. Planning Coordination & Support:

Establish close coordination with warehousing, trucking, air freight and other departments, sort out cross-departmental business processes, resolve process bottlenecks, and ensure smooth and efficient business workflows.

3. Fulfillment Cost & Timeliness Optimization:

Promote the establishment of a planned cost model based on regional warehouse network layout, inventory planning and cargo routing strategies, develop category-based warehouse allocation strategies and inventory transfer rules, continuously reduce end-to-end fulfillment costs and improve order delivery timeliness.

4. Warehouse Network Strategic Layout Planning:

Assist in formulating mid-to-long term regional warehouse network layout strategies based on the company’s stocking and sales plans, and collaborate with upstream and downstream departments to implement the strategies.

1、S&OP制定与落地：结合前端的备货计划以及布局规划框架，协助制定仓库的S&OP计划，推动计划执行，监控计划达成，对计划准确率负责；

2、计划协同保障：和仓储及卡运、空运等部门建立紧密的链接，梳理跨部门的业务流程，推动流程卡点的解决，保障业务流程通畅、高效；

3、履约成本与时效优化：结合区域整体仓网布局、库存计划、货物路由布局推动建立计划性成本模型，制定品类分仓策略与库存调拨规则，持续降低端到端履约成本并提升订单交付时效；

4、仓网战略布局规划：基于公司备货及销售计划，协助制定区域中长期仓网布局策略，并协同上下游部门推动策略落地；

Qualifications

1. Education:Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Logistics, Supply Chain, Statistics or related fields.

2. Work Experience:5+ years of relevant experience; familiar with warehouse network planning and inventory planning in the logistics industry. Experience in e-commerce logistics fulfillment solutions and supply chain planning (including inventory planning, S&OP, etc.) is preferred.

3. Professional Skills:Proficient in data analysis and data modeling.

4. Competencies:Excellent communication and presentation skills, clear logical thinking, strong execution and coordination capabilities.

5. Fluent in Chinese Mandarin and English.

2、工作经验：5年及以上，熟悉物流行业的仓网规划、库存规划，有过电商物流履约方案、供应链计划，包括库存计划、S&OP等经验优先，

3、专业技能：具备较好的数据分析、数据模型搭建能力；

4、素质能力：具备优秀的沟通表达能力，逻辑思维清晰，执行力强，协调能力佳。
