(1) 3D visualization and Photoshop rendering: Architect / Draftsman

Job description:

We are hiring an Architect / Draftsman with strong experience in architectural visualization and 3D rendering. The ideal candidate should be able to produce realistic interior and exterior perspectives, and work confidently with AutoCAD, 3ds Max, rendering Vray, Revit, SketchUp, and Photoshop.

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare architectural drawings, plans, sections, and details.

· Develop drawings based on design concepts and specifications.

· Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other disciplines.

· Revise drawings based on comments from clients and authorities.

· Develop company project portfolio.

· Ensure drawings comply with applicable codes and standards.

Requirements:

· Diploma or degree in Architecture or related field

· 4 to 5 years working experience.

· Experienced in consultancy projects preferred.

· Good understanding of architectural detailing and construction drawings.

· Ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively.
