(1) Architectural Draftsman

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare architectural drawings, plans, sections, and details.

· Develop drawings based on design concepts and specifications.

· Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other disciplines.

· Revise drawings based on comments from clients and authorities.

· Ensure drawings comply with applicable codes and standards.

Requirements:

· Diploma or degree in Architecture or related field

· Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D MAX , Vray, graphic software and others.

· Experience in consultancy projects preferred

· Good understanding of architectural detailing and construction drawings

· Experience in Grade A Consultancy Office is an advantage

· Ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively.
