For a Leading Contracting Company Specialized in Design & Fit-Out

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our contracting company specialized in design and fit-out projects. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in both commercial and residential projects and a solid background within the Qatar market.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Qatar.
• Proven experience in commercial and residential interior design projects.
• Strong background in design & fit-out within a contracting company.
• Extensive experience in client handling, leading meetings, and presentations.
• Strong knowledge in material selection and finishes coordination.
• Experience dealing with suppliers and subcontractors in Qatar.
• Excellent administrative and project management skills.
• Ability to manage, lead, and mentor a design team.
• Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written).

Responsibilities:

• Lead design concepts from initial stage to project completion.
• Conduct and manage client meetings and presentations.
• Oversee material selection and supplier coordination.
• Supervise project documentation and site coordination.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within quality standards.
