Job Summary : The Procurement Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating purchasing activities, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services while maintaining cost-effectiveness and quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of procurement regulations, contract management, and risk assessment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality.
  • Good knowledge of using SAP & Microsoft office apps.
  • Certification in procurement (e.g., CPCM, CPPB) is a plus.
