West Coast Arborists, a union company and industry leader in tree maintenance, is hiring entry-level and experienced Groundworkers to assist the tree operations in clearing brush, planting trees, watering trees, driving equipment, and basic traffic control functions as directed by the crew Foreman.

Positions are located in areas throughout: Phoenix Metro and surrounding cities

Compensation:
Base Wage $19.54 - $22.28 + Fringe Benefits $8.48
Total Compensation $28.02 - 30.76

Overtime rate is one and one half times regular pay after 8 hours per day. Payroll is paid weekly. Weekly hours are approximately 45-60 hours per week.

Applicants should have:
A valid Arizona Driver's License with a clean driving record
The ability to drive a manual transmission (stick shift)
Reliable Transportation
Willingness to obtain a commercial Class B Driver's License after training
The ability to pass a Pre-Employment Physical & Drug Test

ISA Tree Worker and or ISA Arborist- a plus
ALCA Certified Landscape Proffessional - a plus
Qualified Applicators License - a plus
Class B CDL - a plus
