2 Year Old Teacher

Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Elementary School Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment for students. This role involves developing engaging curriculum, managing classroom dynamics, and supporting the diverse needs of students, including those requiring special education services.

Duties

• Develop and implement effective lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and promote student engagement.
• Create a nurturing classroom environment that encourages positive behavior management and supports childhood development.
• Utilize various teaching methods to cater to different learning styles, including literacy education, math, and physical education.
• Collaborate with parents, staff, and specialists to ensure the welfare of each child and address any special needs or early intervention requirements.
• Maintain classroom management strategies that promote respect, responsibility, and cooperation among students.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with best practices in education, including Montessori methods and innovative teaching techniques.

Experience

• Proven experience working with children in an educational setting, preferably in daycare/private school environments.
• Familiarity with curriculum development and lesson planning tailored for early childhood education.
• Experience in special education or working with children requiring additional support is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.50 per hour
