About The Role:

The CBRE Finance Summer Analyst Internship is a nine-week summer internship for undergraduate students. You will gain hands-on experience and develop the core skills needed to launch your career in the industry.

Summer analysts are given the opportunity to contribute to important work in areas such as financial analysis, forecasting, and investment modeling. Analysts will collaborate with teams supporting different business segments, giving a well-rounded view of how finance covers every part of our organization. This role will help sharpen your technical skills, develop strong business perspectives, and cultivate relationships with senior professionals who will support future growth.

What You’ll Do:

As a Summer Analyst you will:
  • Gain direct exposure to live workstreams and priority engagements.
  • Receive training specifically designed to help you succeed in an ever-changing Finance landscape.
  • Connect with leaders from across the entire organization, covering all areas of real estate and finance.
  • Work as a core member of the Global Finance / Business Insights team, contributing to global insights.

Internship Dates:
June 1st - July 31st (tentative)
Location: Dallas, TX (in person)
What You'll Need:

We are looking for motivated and resourceful candidates who are ready to contribute to the team starting on Day One. Candidates should be comfortable communicating with both fellow analysts and senior leaders and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. An ability to proactively juggle multiple priorities will help a candidate excel in this role.

The program will begin with orientation designed to teach you core financial fundamentals, including financial modeling and data management, through Excel and other core enterprise tools. Prior experience with MS Office will help candidates accelerate their learning curve.

We are prioritizing current college junior’s or senior’s pursuing bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university. *Applicants must upload a resume in order to be considered.
