 Excellent illustration &amp; design skills.

 Ability to understand the importance of maintaining timelines and meeting deadlines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in creating original ideas.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to take direction well and to play well with others.
 </li>
 <li>
 Self-motivation, good communication skills, and a great team-player attitude.
