2D Draftsman

Job Title: Architectural Draftsman (Mid-Level)

Location: Bahria, Lahore

Qualification: DAE in architecture

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Draftsman to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate should have 3–4 years of experience in architectural and interior projects, with strong drafting and planning skills. This role requires the ability to lead drafting workflows, coordinate with design teams, and ensure high-quality technical output.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed 2D architectural and interior drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and interior detailing
• Create submission and construction drawings in accordance with building regulations
• Draft MEP layouts (electrical, plumbing) with precision
• Interpret architectural concepts and translate them into accurate technical drawings
• Assist in space planning and zoning layouts as per project requirements
• Ensure drawing accuracy, and drawing standards
• Lead and guide junior draftsmen, ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and site teams for design integration

Key Requirements:

• Proficient in AutoCAD with strong drafting speed and accuracy
• Solid experience in 2D interior drawings and construction documentation
• Understanding of building codes, by-laws, and approval processes
• Strong command over MEP drawings
• Excellent attention to detail and drawing standards
• Prior experience in both architectural and interior working drawings
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate within a team environment
