The Warehouse Supervisor directs, supervises, and coordinates functions of the warehouse to meet customer expectations.

• Lead and supervise a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance, support, and direction.
• Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates.
• Oversee the accurate receiving, storing, and issuing of warehouse materials.
• Implement and maintain efficient inventory control procedures.
• Enforce safety policies and procedures to create a secure working environment.
• Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions for warehouse staff.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate regular maintenance and inspections of warehouse equipment.
• Collaborate with management to implement changes that enhance warehouse operations.
• Maintain effective communication channels with other departments to facilitate smooth operations.
• Report on key performance indicators, warehouse metrics, and project status.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline and a minimum of 10 years of related experience
  OR
• 14 years of direct supervisory experience in a distribution, logistics, or manufacturing environment

The hourly rate for this role is USD $63,000.00 – $79,000.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
