Job Summary

Duties

• Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that promote early literacy, numeracy, social-emotional skills, and physical development in 3-year-olds
• Create a nurturing classroom environment that encourages exploration, independence, and positive behavior management
• Monitor and document each child's developmental progress using standardized assessments and observational techniques
• Communicate regularly with parents or guardians to share updates on their child's growth, behavior, and learning milestones
• Incorporate best practices in toddler care, including routines for feeding, napping, hygiene, and safety protocols in compliance with mandated reporting laws
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan engaging lessons
• Maintain detailed classroom records, manage lesson plans effectively, and ensure all activities align with educational standards
