What You'll Do

• Close deals using our proven sales processes
• Deliver engaging in-home presentations that focus on customer needs
• Become a product expert and build trust with homeowners
• Consistently hit and exceed monthly closing goals
• Represent the Bath Fitter brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity

Requirements:

What We're Looking For

• Closers with the drive to succeed
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Competitive, resilient, and motivated by results
• Excellent communication skills
• Tech-savvy (comfortable using iPads/Tablets)
• 21+ years of age

Experience in any of the following is a plus: Outside Sales, In-Home Sales, Construction Sales, Account Executive, Home Improvement (Flooring, Roofing, Windows, Kitchens, Baths), or other Direct Sales roles.
