Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled 3D Architectural Renderer to join our creative team in the design studio. The ideal candidate will support the studio in visualizing and preparing design templates of compliant buildings. Also, the candidate will produce professional-quality Computer Generated Images (CGIs) for architectural projects, leveraging AI tools like Mid-journey for concept generation and excelling in post-production workflows. This role involves transforming architectural designs into photorealistic visualizations using industry-standard software.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality 3D models, renderings, and animations based on architectural designs and provided by studio.
• Generate AI-assisted images and concepts using Midjourney to accelerate ideation and prototyping.
• Perform post-production enhancements on renders, including lighting, texturing, and compositing, to achieve photorealistic results.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and clients to refine visuals and incorporate feedback.
• Ensure all outputs meet professional standards for quality, detail, and timeliness.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in 3D architectural rendering with a strong portfolio of professional CGIs.
• Proficiency in Midjourney for AI image generation and integration into workflows.
• Expertise in 3D modeling and rendering software, including Autodesk 3ds Max, V-Ray, and Lumion.
• Advanced skills in post-production tools such as Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
• Strong understanding of architectural principles, lighting, materials, and composition.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Graphic Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with additional tools like SketchUp, Corona Renderer, or Unreal Engine.
• Experience in VR/AR visualizations or animation for architectural presentations.
• Knowledge of sustainable design trends and how they apply to rendering.
