3D Artist / Visualizer

Our company is a growing, highly collaborative firm with a progressive, upbeat culture looking for a go-getter to help us to the next level. We are searching for a 3D Artist/Visualizer with an extensive knowledge of the world of architecture and interior design, of the related luxury brands, materials and

their application. The candidate will have to work in the creative team department, developing 3d models, renders, concept and presentation.

Knowledge of software such as AutoCAD, Sketchup, Lumion and Adobe Package is required.

Only candidates providing a detailed portfolio of their own work (3D models and rendering) will be considered.

Typical duties and responsibilities

• Develop and propose new architecture and interior design concept
• Production of 3d models (also complex models and shapes), high quality renders and AR video
• Research of new materials, finishes, details and items for the concept design requirements
• Work on multiple projects
• Participation in the design process
• Prepare presentations for client meetings

Education and experience

• Degree in Architecture or Interior Design
• Demonstrated history of well-done architecture and interior concept, renders and 3d models
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in architecture and interior design within UAE

Required skills and qualifications

• Keen attention to details
• Experience in high end and luxury projects in the field of residential and hospitality
• Proficiency in working with Autocad, SketchUp, Lumion and other design application
• Strong collaborative and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure, organize, and prioritize responsibilities
• Ability to work independently
