3D Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze project specifications, tender documents, and contract drawings to ensure accurate design deliverables.
• Prepare and develop detailed design drawings including plans, elevations, sections, fabrication/shop drawings, cutting lists, MTO (Material Take-Offs), and setting-out drawings in compliance with project requirements and company standards.
• Ensure all design outputs meet architectural, structural, and BOQ requirements, while adhering to quality and productivity standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects, and internal stakeholders (production, procurement, site) to gather and validate project information.
• Provide technical support during fabrication and installation, resolving design-related issues and implementing corrective actions where required.
• Support material planning by issuing accurate pre-ordering information to the Material Coordinator and Procurement team in line with project schedules.
• Monitor design progress against project timelines, ensuring all deliverables are submitted on schedule.
• Contribute to design optimization, value engineering, and continuous improvement initiatives within the division.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or Architectural preferred)
• Minimum 6 years’ hands-on experience in 3D design using Autodesk Inventor, HiCAD, and/or SolidWorks
• Proven experience in the façade, aluminium, or curtain wall industry.
• Strong proficiency in interpreting architectural and structural drawings
• Based in the UAE
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
• Ability to work independently under minimal supervision, with flexibility to meet project deadlines
• Strong collaborative and problem-solving skills
