3D Designer / Graphic Designer (Concept & Production)

About the Role

Inspired Media is looking for a highly creative and technically skilled 3D Event & Interior Designer to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi.

This role goes beyond visualization — you will be responsible for developing complete event and spatial concepts, presenting them to clients, and ensuring flawless execution from idea to on-ground implementation.

If you are both creative and production-aware, and confident working directly with clients and suppliers, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand event objectives, themes, and brand positioning
• Develop creative concepts for:
• Corporate events & gatherings
• Exhibitions & booths
• Ramadan & National events
• Gift items & activation concepts
• Interior styling for temporary or permanent setups
• Create high-quality 3D visuals and renders (interior & event spaces)
• Prepare professional presentation proposals for client approval
• Modify and refine designs based on feedback
• Prepare final production-ready drawings and files
• Coordinate closely with:
• Production team
• Fabricators
• Printing suppliers
• Event setup teams
• Communicate effectively with suppliers to ensure materials, finishes, and timelines match the design intent
• Attend site visits and sometimes supervise on-ground installation to ensure the concept is executed correctly

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Arabic Communication
• Background in Interior Design or Architecture
• Strong 3D visualization skills (3ds Max / SketchUp / V-Ray / Corona / similar)
• Good understanding of materials, production methods, and fabrication
• Ability to prepare technical drawings for execution
• Strong client communication skills
• Experience in exhibitions, events, or booth design is a must
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail
• Supplier negotiation & coordination experience is a plus

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
