3D Designer/Architect

We are looking for an experienced 3D Designer / Architect to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in photorealistic 3D visualization, architectural drawings, and site coordination to ensure works are executed as per approved designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality photorealistic 3D renderings (interior, exterior & landscape)
• Prepare architectural drawings: plans, elevations, layouts & details
• Develop design concepts, mood boards, and presentation materials
• Prepare BOQs and quantity take-offs from drawings
• Verify site progress to ensure compliance with approved drawings
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and clients
• Assist in material, finish, lighting, furniture, and texture selection

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture / Interior / Commercial Design
• Minimum 2 years UAE experience
• Strong portfolio of photorealistic 3D work
• Proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona, SketchUp, Lumion, Revit
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD & Adobe Suite
• Experience in BOQ preparation and site verification (preferred)
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• Fluent in English
• Valid UAE driving license – mandatory
