3D Event Exhibition Designer

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented 3D Designer with a strong background in designing for events, exhibitions, and conferences. This is a full time job, ideal for a creative professional who can conceptualize, visualize, and execute impactful 3D designs that enhance audience engagement and brand presence.

As a 3D Designer, you will collaborate with our creative, production, and client servicing teams to deliver visually stunning and functional designs across a variety of physical and virtual event formats.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative and functional 3D design concepts for exhibitions, events, and conference setups (booths, stages, installations, lounges, etc.).
• Translate client briefs into high-quality 3D visualizations using tools like 3ds Max, SketchUp, Cinema 4D, VRay, Enscape, Lumion or equivalent.
• Create floor plans, layout drawings, and detailed renders for client presentations and production teams.
• Collaborate with project managers, production, and fabrication teams to ensure feasibility and timely delivery of design concepts.
• Revise designs as needed based on feedback from stakeholders and clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative materials, technology, and design elements into proposals.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Proven experience (2+ years) in 3D design for events, exhibitions, and/or conferences.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating spatial design, creativity, and practical understanding of live event environments.
• Proficiency in industry-standard 3D design and rendering software (3ds Max, VRay, Enscape, Lumion SketchUp, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
• Good understanding of production processes, materials, and fabrication techniques.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt quickly to project changes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or in collaboration with a team.

Requirements:

• Experience with virtual or hybrid event platforms and digital 3D environments.
• Knowledge of interactive technologies, lighting, and AV integration in design concepts.
