3D Interior Fit-out Designer (with UAE Driving License)

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Visualization: Create high-quality 3D renders (V-Ray/Corona/Lumion) that reflect our carpentry shop’s capabilities.
• Technical Joinery Drawings: Convert 3D concepts into detailed Shop Drawings (sections, plans, and joinery details) for our carpenters to build from.
• Site Surveys: Drive to project sites to take accurate measurements before production begins.
• Material Selection: Select and present wood finishes, veneers, hardware, and fabrics to clients.
• Project Coordination: Work closely with the Office Admin/Document Controller to ensure designs match the project budget and timeline.

Requirements

• Experience: 2–5 years in the UAE Interior Fit-out or Joinery industry.
• Software Skills: Expert in 3ds Max (with V-Ray or Corona), AutoCAD (2D/3D), and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Technical Knowledge: Must understand how furniture and cabinets are constructed (Joinery details).
• License: Valid UAE Driving License is a MUST.
• Portfolio: Candidates without a portfolio of previous fit-out work will not be considered.
