Role Overview

MK Apparel is seeking a talented and detail-oriented 3D Modeling / Revit / AutoCAD Expert to join our team. This role involves creating precise architectural and construction drawings, space planning, and collaborating effectively with project teams to ensure accurate and timely deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural and construction drawings with accuracy and compliance to project requirements.
• Develop 3D models using Revit and AutoCAD for architectural and structural visualization.
• Assist in space planning and layout design for efficient utilization of available areas.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and regulations.
• Collaborate and communicate with architects internal teams to deliver high-quality outputs.
• Maintain documentation and organize project drawings systematically.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD (mandatory).
• Strong skills in architectural drawings and construction drawings.
• Expertise in space planning and layout design.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Architecture, Civil Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant professional experience preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
