Job Overview

We are looking for a talented and creative 3D Visualizer with 3 to 8 years of experience in architectural visualization. The ideal candidate will collaborate with architects and interior designers to produce high-quality, photorealistic 3D renderings that effectively communicate design concepts and project visions. A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in interior and exterior architectural visualization is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and project teams to understand project requirements and design intent.
• Create high-quality 3D models and photorealistic renderings for interior and exterior architectural projects.
• Produce visual assets for client presentations, marketing materials, design competitions, and project proposals.
• Develop and maintain a library of textures, materials, lighting setups, and rendering presets for efficiency and consistency.
• Generate site plans, landscape renderings, and walkthrough visuals as required.
• Incorporate client and team feedback to refine visual outputs and achieve the desired design representation.
• Ensure visualizations accurately reflect architectural drawings, design details, and material specifications.
• Stay updated with the latest visualization tools, rendering techniques, and industry trends.
• Provide guidance and mentor junior visualizers when required.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 3–8 years of professional experience in architectural 3D visualization.
• Strong portfolio showcasing interior and exterior architectural renderings.
• Advanced proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, Blender, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, etc.).
• Solid understanding of architectural design principles, space planning, materials, and construction drawings.
• Exceptional attention to detail, with strong skills in lighting, composition, textures, and photorealistic rendering.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
