JOB PURPOSE
To be ensure consistent brand application, management of media library, advertising concept creation and mentoring for junior design staff.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Main responsibilities include brand application, including Marketing Collateral, new brand creation, design and production for both internal and external facing materials:
Branding & Brand Identity applications

Developing Brand applications for AD Maritime (ex. templates & forms, Stationery, Windows graphics, posters...)

Developing digital branding applications for AD Maritime and Business units (ex. Banners ads, email shots, …)
-
Developing concepts, graphics, layouts, illustrations, logos
-
Ensuring all collaterals meet the visual identity guidelines of AD Ports & its Business Units
-
Ensuring a consistent and strategic approach to design in various channels
-
Design and production of brand signage
-
Producing branded items (agendas, gifts, giveaways, etc.)
Advertising communication
-
Responsible for all pre-press and design implementation in line with recognized quality standards
-
Managing image sourcing and photo shoots for advertising and BTL production
-
Keeping archive of images, artworks, collateral and published ads and inventory of print collateral on the dedicated graphics server
Digital Asset Management (DAM)
-
Ensure media library is up-to-date with all latest photo and video
-
Monitor for duplication
-
Manage user permissions
-
Audit waiting room
-
Maintain taxonomy and media library structure
-
Trouble shoot and liaise with Bynder team for maintenance
-
Maintain digital brand guidelines within the DAM
Below the Line Marketing Collateral
-
Design & Production of exhibition graphic materials
-
Coordinating with printers and production companies to ensure high quality production of advertising and exhibition collaterals.
-
Producing all marketing collateral including brochures, leaflets, forms and signage for ADPC and its Business Units
Brand Environments & Customer Touch points

Design & Production of all print and production elements for brand environments
-
Producing internal events backdrops, tents and other production requirements
-
Producing internal graphics and posters
-
Support and monitor new brand roll out
People Management Responsibilities:

Managing production suppliers effectively

Reviewing allocation/utilization of resources

Guidance and mentoring of junior design staff
Strategic Responsibilities:

Aligning with management and vendors on the strategic brand messages and updates that will affect the material development

Keeping up to date on latest innovations and best practices in specialized areas and communicating that knowledge to others in the department

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
Educational and Technical Qualifications:

Degree or Diploma essential
-
More than 10 years’ experience in Design & Production roles
-
Combined Agency and Client experience preferable
-
At least 5 years’ experience in business to business marketing communication
Language Skills:
