3D Visualizer - Architecture / Real Estate

Al Roqi is looking for a highly skilled 3D Visualizer to produce high-quality architectural visuals for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. If you are fast, detail-oriented, and up to date with the newest rendering and AI-enhanced workflows, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Create photorealistic exterior & interior renders for architectural projects
• Develop 3D models based on drawings, BIM models, and design references
• Produce short animations / walkthroughs when required
• Support design teams with material selection, lighting setups, and mood creation
• Deliver outputs with strong composition, realism, and storytelling
• Maintain organized project files and meet deadlines

Required Skills & Software

3D Modeling

• Autodesk 3ds Max
• SketchUp Pro
• Blender (bonus)

Rendering

• Chaos V-Ray
• Corona Renderer
• Enscape / Lumion / D5 Render (any is a plus)

Real-time / Advanced

• Unreal Engine (bonus)
• Twinmotion (bonus)

Post-production

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe After Effects / Premiere Pro (bonus)
• DaVinci Resolve (bonus)

AI Tools (Must Have / Strong Advantage)

• Midjourney (concept mood / style exploration)
• DALL·E (visual ideation / variations)
• Stable Diffusion (image generation & control workflows)
• Adobe Firefly (generative fill, enhancements)
• Magnific AI / Topaz Photo AI (upscaling & detail enhancement)
• ChatGPT (prompting, quick storytelling, scene setup support)

What We’re Looking For

• Strong portfolio in architectural visualization (real estate quality)
• Excellent understanding of lighting, materials, realism, and camera composition
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver fast iterations
• Strong communication and coordination with design/project teams

Preferred

• Experience in UAE / GCC projects
• Familiarity with BIM models (Revit export workflows)
• Ability to create consistent visuals aligned with brand identity
