3D Visualizer / Interior Decorator

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and 3ds Max (Corona)
• Strong skills in space planning, architecture, and construction drawings
• Solid knowledge of interior design & FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment)
• Ability to create design visualizations, mood boards & detailed CAD drawings
• Creativity, attention to detail, and strong presentation skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality 3D renders and 2D drawings for projects
• Prepare CAD drawings for joinery & furniture production
• Create visual content for design presentations, client approvals, and marketing
• Collaborate with the retail/sales team to bring conceptual ideas to life
