What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily operations of the Lakewood office, ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant processes.
• Implement business strategies
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of logistics professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and growth.
• Drive business development by leveraging your existing relationships and building new ones in the 3PL space.
• Manage and expand customer accounts, ensuring exceptional service and profitability.
• Collaborate with leadership to set and achieve growth targets for accounts, revenue, and personnel.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience managing people, with proven leadership and team-building skills.
• 5+ years of experience in 3PL, transportation, or a closely related logistics field.
• A track record of building customer relationships and growing accounts.
• An existing book of business is strongly preferred.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to balance operations and sales growth.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

In connection with Colorado’s “Equal Pay for Equal Work Act,” RMX provides the following information as a good faith estimate for this position only: The annual rate for this exempt, full-time position generally ranges between $60,000 - $75,000.

This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operational needs and other considerations permitted by law.

The range may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Rule 4.1.2.
