We are hiring a car sales executive, also known as a car salesperson, is responsible for selling vehicles to customers while achieving sales targets. They must understand customer needs, present vehicle features, negotiate deals, and manage customer relationships. Their role also includes staying updated on industry trends and car models to provide informed guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

· Customer Interaction: Greeting customers, understanding their needs and preferences, presenting vehicle information, and demonstrating features.

· Sales Negotiation: Negotiating prices, facilitating financing options, and closing deals.

· Relationship Management: Building rapport with customers, following up on leads, and maintaining customer databases.

· Product Knowledge: Staying up-to-date on current vehicle models, features, and industry trends.

· Sales Operations: Preparing paperwork, processing sales, and maintaining a clean and organized showroom.

· Meeting Sales Targets: Achieving monthly or quarterly sales goals.

· Collaboration: Working with other departments like finance and marketing to achieve sales objectives.

· Customer Satisfaction: Ensuring a positive customer experience to foster repeat business.

Essential Skills:

· Communication Skills: Effectively communicating with customers, both verbally and in writing.

· Sales Skills: Negotiation, persuasion, and closing deals.

· Customer Service Skills: Building rapport, addressing concerns, and providing excellent service.

· Product Knowledge: Understanding vehicle features, capabilities, and options.

· CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with customer relationship management software.

· Problem-Solving: Addressing customer objections and resolving issues.

· Time Management: Managing leads, appointments, and sales processes effectively.
