We are currently seeking a skilled 6G Manual Welder (Argon Arc) to join our team, in the Oil & Energy sector. As a 6G Manual Welder, you will play an essential role in ensuring that our welding processes meet the highest industry standards, contributing to the success of our diverse operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual welding operations using 6G Argon Arc techniques on various metals and thicknesses.
• Interpret and work from engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate welding and fabrication.
• Conduct inspections of welds using appropriate techniques to ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance with ASME and ISO certifications.
• Maintain welding equipment and tools in optimal condition, including routine cleaning and minor repairs as necessary.
• Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot and resolve welding-related issues in a timely manner.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
• Assist in the planning and execution of welding activities to meet production deadlines while ensuring quality control.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a manual welder with specific expertise in 6G Argon Arc welding.
• Valid welding certification or equivalent qualification in welding techniques and safety standards.
• Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and specifications related to welding.
• Strong knowledge of various welding techniques, processes, and materials used in the oil and energy sector.
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
