A-Level Teacher

As Suffa School of Excellence is seeking a competent A-Level Teacher responsible for delivering high-quality, concept-driven instruction aligned with Cambridge International A Level standards. The role involves planning and delivering analytical, student-centered lessons that promote critical thinking and independent learning, while ensuring effective assessment and structured examination preparation. The candidate will maintain a disciplined yet supportive classroom environment and utilize modern teaching methodologies, educational technologies, and Learning Management Systems (LMS) to enhance student performance. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential to guide students toward academic success. The position requires professionalism, punctuality, strong classroom management, and an active contribution to a positive and achievement-oriented learning environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver comprehensive A-Level lesson plans aligned with Cambridge International standards that promote conceptual understanding and analytical thinking.
• Assess and evaluate student performance regularly through tests, assignments, and examinations to monitor progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Implement effective classroom management strategies to maintain a disciplined, supportive, and productive learning environment.
• Utilize learning management systems (LMS) and learning analytics tools to track student engagement, performance trends, and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with students to facilitate understanding and encourage independent learning.
• Prepare students thoroughly for A-Level examinations by focusing on examination techniques, time management, and content mastery.
• Incorporate modern teaching methodologies and educational technologies to enhance lesson delivery and student engagement.
• Collaborate with other teaching staff to share resources, strategies, and participate in continuous professional development.
• Maintain professionalism and punctuality in all aspects of teaching responsibilities, demonstrating a commitment to high educational standards.
• Create a positive classroom atmosphere that supports critical thinking, problem-solving, and academic excellence.

Job Requirements:

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in the relevant subject from a recognized institution.
• Strong subject expertise with the ability to teach in line with Cambridge International A Level standards.
• Proven ability to deliver concept-driven, analytical, and student-centered lessons.
• Strong classroom management skills to maintain a disciplined and productive learning environment.
• Ability to plan lessons, assess student performance, and prepare students effectively for examinations.
• Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies, educational technologies, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective engagement with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Professionalism, punctuality, adaptability, and commitment to continuous improvement.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
