A320 Captain

As an A320 Captain, you will be responsible for the command and operation of the aircraft, ensuring the highest standards of safety, compliance, and professionalism in line with regulatory and company requirements.

You will contribute to a dynamic and fast-growing airline environment, supporting operational excellence while representing flyadeal as a key ambassador of our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft in accordance with GACA regulations and company policies
• Exercise command authority and responsibility for all flight operations and crew members onboard
• Maintain the highest standards of airmanship, discipline, and decision-making at all times
• Ensure compliance with all operational, safety, and regulatory requirements
• Lead and manage the flight deck and cabin crew to deliver a safe and positive customer experience
• Monitor weather, operational conditions, and aircraft performance to make sound operational decisions
• Promote a strong safety culture and report hazards, incidents, or irregularities as required
• Represent flyadeal with professionalism both on duty and during layovers

Base & Location

flyadeal operates across multiple bases within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Requirements

• Minimum 4000 total flying hours on A320 or turbojet aircraft above 30 tons (FMC / EFIS / Glass Cockpit)
• Minimum 2000 hours Pilot in Command (PIC) on A320 or similar category aircraft
• Valid ICAO ATPL (GACA license preferred or convertible)
• Current A320 Type Rating
• Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate (GACA / EASA / FAA equivalent)
• Minimum English Language Proficiency (ELP) Level 4
• No history of accidents or serious incidents
• Clear criminal record
