The Assistant Manager role is a multi-faceted position that blends business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. It focuses on driving sales through business analysis and superior customer service, overseeing daily store operations (opening/closing routines and store processes), leveraging creative expertise for floorset updates and product knowledge, and leading talent efforts from recruitment to development. The role supports an inclusive place of belonging for both the team and customers. With a promote-from-within philosophy, Assistant Managers are expected to develop into future leaders of the store.
