Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and disciplined Absenteeism Controller to monitor, control, and report on employee attendance, especially in labor-intensive environments. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Hindi and capable of effectively communicating with workers and supervisors. This role is key to reducing absenteeism, improving discipline, and supporting productivity across shifts or project sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and record daily attendance of workers/staff using biometric systems or manual registers.
• Identify frequent absentees and initiate follow-up actions such as counseling or warnings.
• Conduct regular checks on absentee trends and report to HR and site management.
• Communicate with absent employees to understand reasons and encourage regular attendance.
• Maintain and update attendance reports, absenteeism data, and warning records.
• Coordinate with HR for issuing warning letters, memos, or other disciplinary actions.
• Work closely with line supervisors and site managers to ensure workforce availability.
• Address worker grievances related to attendance policies in coordination with HR.
• Assist HR in planning manpower based on attendance patterns and site requirements.
• Be present during shift changes to ensure smooth handover and full manpower presence.
• Promote awareness among workers regarding the importance of regular attendance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
