Job Opening:

Accountant & Admin Officer

Pets Gallery (Pets Purchase & Sales Business)

Location: UAE

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting Duties:

  • Handle daily accounting activities (sales, purchases, expenses, petty cash)
  • Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment records
  • Manage supplier payments and customer collections
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and basic P&L
  • Monitor inventory value for pets and accessories
  • Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and accounting standards

Administrative Duties:

  • Manage daily administrative operations of the pets gallery
  • Maintain records for pets, suppliers, and customers
  • Coordinate purchase and sales documentation
  • Handle customer inquiries and basic sales coordination
  • Support stock tracking and reporting
  • Coordinate with management on operational matters

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
  • 1–3 years experience in accounting/admin (retail preferred)
  • Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations
  • Proficient in Excel and basic accounting software
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Love for animals is an advantage

Salary & Benefits:

  • AED 2,500 – 3,000 per month (based on experience)
  • UAE labor law benefits
