Qualifications

• Strong academic background (e.g., Business, Mathematics, Economics) from top tier university.
• 1 3 years of experience preferably in consulting.
• Ability to adapt quickly to challenging and frequently changing environments, while working on challenging topics across multiple business areas under tight deadlines.
• Ability to multi task competing priorities while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership experience.
• Proven experience working in a team environment.
• Business Process Management or Reengineering.
• Stakeholder Management skills.
• Interest or prior involvement in ESG/sustainability topics is a plus.
• Business proficiency in Arabic and English is a must.
