Job Summary:
We are looking for a hardworking and reliable AC Helper to assist AC technicians in installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems. The candidate should be physically fit, willing to learn, and able to support technicians in daily operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist AC technicians in installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems.
• Support in cleaning AC units, filters, ducts, and coils.
• Help in carrying tools, materials, and equipment to job sites.
• Assist in dismantling and assembling AC units during service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and work areas.
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times.
• Perform other related duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an AC helper or in HVAC field is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of air conditioning systems is an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to work in different environments.
• Ability to follow instructions from technicians and supervisors.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Willing to work flexible hours if required.
