AC Helper

Al Marwan Group is hiring a reliable AC Helper to support installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems across various properties. The role involves assisting technicians on-site, handling tools and materials, and ensuring safe and efficient work operations. Basic technical knowledge and willingness to learn are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair work
• Handle tools, equipment, and materials
• Clean, service, and replace AC components (filters, coils, ducts)
• Load/unload equipment and store tools properly
• Follow technician instructions and safety guidelines
• Maintain site cleanliness and dispose of waste properly
• Report basic faults and support routine maintenance tasks

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1+ years HVAC/maintenance experience
• Basic AC system knowledge
• Physically fit for site work
• Team player with willingness to learn
• Able to follow instructions and safety procedures
• Flexible to work across locations

Pay: AED1,200.00 - AED1,400.00 per month
